IMPORTANT ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY
These products require a 24–48 hour preparation period in addition to standard shipping transit times. We ship within 24 hours of completed preparation excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Orders should be placed well in advance of your desired delivery date. Do not place an order if you require delivery sooner than the stated preparation and shipping timeframe.
While we make every effort to fulfill each order exactly as requested, product availability may vary. Mrs. Shar's Famous Cookies reserves the right to substitute flavors, cookies, packaging, decorations, or other comparable items of equal or greater value when specific items are unavailable, discontinued, damaged, or out of stock.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, mechanical failures, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For shipped orders:

Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.

No refunds or credits will be issued for carrier-related delays once an order has left our facility.
For catering trays, cookie boxes, cakes, cupcakes, and other custom or perishable products:

No refunds, cancellations, or modifications may be made once production has begun.

Product appearance, decorations, colors, and packaging may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any issues.
